Description: For 5 min, gives a chance to fully
block physical attacks, melee or ranged. After a
block you cannot move briefly: 0.3 sec (Lv 1-5),
0.2 (Lv 6-9), 0.1 (Lv 10). Cast again to turn it
off. SP: 10 + 2 x Lv.
Requires Shield.
