Description: Throws water balls at a target. You
must stand on water, Deluge or Suiton. One ball
per water cell around you (1x1 at Lv 1, 3x3 at
Lv 2-3, 5x5 at Lv 4-5). Each ball: MATK x
(100+30*Lv)%. Deluge cells are used up by the
balls.
