(40+20*Lv)% + (100+50*Lv), ignores MDEF, shown

as Lv+2 hits. Trap lasts 30 sec. Cast time 3 sec

at Lv 1, -0.3 sec per level (0.3 sec at Lv 10).

Uses 1 Blue Gemstone at Lv 6 and higher.
