Description: Summons a blizzard on a 9x9 area

for 4.6 sec. Enemies are hit every 0.45 sec (up

to 10 hits) for MATK x (100+40*Lv)% and pushed

back 2 cells. From the 3rd hit the target

freezes (Boss/Undead immune). Cast time 5 sec +

1 sec per level.
