Description: Removes the target's armor. A player
cannot re-equip it until the effect ends. On
monsters it lowers VIT by 40% instead.
Chance: 5% + 5% per level, +0.2% per point of DEX
above the target. 1 sec cast. Fails against
Chemical Protection and bosses.
Lasts the time below + 0.5 sec per DEX above the
target (+15 sec on monsters).
