Description: Water attack on all enemies in a
5x5 area around you that may freeze them.
Damage: MATK x (100+10*Lv)% x 2/3. Freeze
chance: 33+5*Lv% (38% to 83%), lasting up to 1.5
sec per level. Boss and Undead monsters can't be
frozen.
