skill's target.
Each cast consumes 1 Wind Stone.

[Lv 2]: 300% Matk, Damage Range 6 cells
[Lv 3]: 400% Matk, Damage Range 7 cells
[Lv 4]: 500% Matk, Damage Range 8 cells
[Lv 5]: 600% Matk, Damage Range 9 cells
