Description: With a Dagger in the right hand,

normal attacks have a 5% chance per level to hit

twice. A double hit gets +1 HIT per skill level.

With a Katar, every normal attack adds a second

hit of (1 + 2 x level)% of the damage (3% at Lv 1,

21% at Lv 10).
