Description: Refines a weapon in your inventory.
Chance is the same as the refine NPC
at Job Lv 50, +5% at Job Lv 60 and
+10% at Job Lv 70.
If it fails, the weapon is destroyed.
Lv 1 weapon: 1 Phracon
Lv 2 weapon: 1 Emveretarcon
Lv 3-4 weapon: 1 Oridecon
