Description: When you use Counter Kick, Monks in
your party on the same map get a higher Triple
Attack chance on their next try (within 10 sec).
When a party Monk uses Combo Finish, your chance
to enter Counter Kick stance rises the same way
(needs Prepare Counter Kick on).
The chance is multiplied, not added.
[Lv 1]: Chance x 2 (+100%)
[Lv 2]: Chance x 2.5 (+150%)
[Lv 3]: Chance x 3 (+200%)
