Description: Dance: drains SP from enemies in a
7x7 area around you every 3 sec for 30 sec. Extra
drain: +(Lv x Dancing Lesson Lv) SP. Also occurs
where two dances overlap.
[Lv 1]: Drains 10 SP per 3 sec
[Lv 2]: Drains 15 SP per 3 sec
[Lv 3]: Drains 20 SP per 3 sec
[Lv 4]: Drains 25 SP per 3 sec
[Lv 5]: Drains 30 SP per 3 sec
