per level. Wind attacks made from inside deal
+10/14/17/19/20% damage (Lv 1-5). Wind element
characters in it get +3 FLEE per level. Fire
Wall cast from inside lasts 1.5x longer. You can
have only one Volcano, Deluge or Violent Gale.
Recasting while one is active moves it, uses no
gem and keeps the time left. Uses 1
Yellow Gemstone.
