per level. Water attacks made from inside deal
+10/14/17/19/20% damage (Lv 1-5). Water element
characters in it get MaxHP +5/9/12/14/15%.
Allows Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta inside. You
can have only one Volcano, Deluge or Violent
Gale. Recasting while one is active moves it,
uses no gem and keeps the time left. Uses 1
Yellow Gemstone.
