Description: Cast to switch on, cast again to
switch off. Costs 1 SP. While on, whenever your HP
is at 25% or less you get Provoke Lv 10 on
yourself: ATK +32%, VIT DEF -55%. It ends as soon
as HP goes back above 25%. Ends if you die.
