Description: Revives all dead party members
within 14 cells at 50% HP. You drop to 1 HP and
0 SP (you do not die).
EXP penalty: 1% of the EXP needed for your
level, 0.2% less per player revived (none at 5
or more).
Needs a party, 400 SP and at least 1% base EXP.
Fails if nobody is revived; does not revive on
WoE or Battleground maps.
Cast time: 4 sec, not reduced by DEX.
